Returns Policy

Our returns policy is part of the full terms and conditions of the Bespoke Confetti Company, and we ask you to read them carefully.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from the Bespoke Confetti Company, but understand that the product may not meet your requirements.

To ensure we offer a complete service to you, we have a full refund or exchange policy.

Our request to you is that if you require a refund or exchange, that you return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, including a brief note detailing the Reason for return.

Any used/ damaged goods not in original packaging returned to us will not be subject of a refund, and returned to the customer.

Goods returned to the Bespoke Confetti Company will be subject of a full refund via original method of payment. Postage will be deducted from the refund.

We do advise obtaining proof of postage, normally a certificate of posting from the post office.

We have tried to give a clear representation of goods supplied by us, a natural product, field grown, hand picked. A sample service is available which is accessed through the sample page.
